Year-Long Multiple School or Multiple System Cohort Model Teacher PD
$10,000 + subs and travel
- Up to 20 schools and/or systems are selected to participate per year.
- 3 Professional Development Days with Cohort Schools
- Schools and/or systems can send up to 10 teachers
- 4 Coaching Days or Co-Teaching Days
- Monthly virtual coaching
The Cohort Model package is designed to assist schools and/or smaller systems that need the opportunity to network with other teachers of the same subject. It is possible that the fee could be waived for those selected systems if grant funding is received. This Cohort Model provides a rich, collaborative environment that is more cost-effective for rural or less populated systems. To further ensure “just in time” support, virtual coaching is also provided.
