Program Overview
Imhotep Academy is a year-round middle school enrichment program that introduces students to the world of STEM with a particular emphasis on reaching underserved and students historically underrepresented in STEM disciplines. Imhotep aims to increase students’ awareness and enthusiasm for learning STEM, build students’ confidence and identity in STEM, and inspire students to continue studying STEM throughout high school and college. Participants engage in a variety of activities including hands-on investigations, laboratory tours, field trips, leadership, college readiness, and interactions with STEM professionals.

Program Format
Four Academy sessions are offered throughout the year. Fall and Spring sessions meet Saturday mornings from 8:45 am to 1:00 pm. Summer sessions meet for one week in June from 8:45 am to 2:00 pm and one week in July from 8:45 am to 1:00 pm.

Fee
The standard registration fee is $225. Please refer to the application for any discounts that may be available for specific sessions.
For all payments, a processing fee of $6.00 applies. Registration fees are non-refundable; however, unused registration fees can be applied to future program sessions.

Dive into the world of drones and master the art of drone piloting while experiencing the dynamic and fast-paced game of drone soccer. Whether you’re navigating the skies or planning your next strategic play, you’ll learn about aerospace technology, robotics, and engineering. Join us in person and become a part of the future of sports and technology! Fall sessions meet Saturday mornings from 8:45 am to 1:00 pm.
