Description: The Mountain Satellite Office of The Science House of NCSU will be offering a one day workshop for middle school teachers covering various Genetics concepts related to the NC middle school science standards. This session will provide teachers with lessons to take back and implement and the opportunity to check out kits from our office. Come enjoy some standard activities with a STEM/inquiry twist, as well as, new activities with time to network with others. Spread the word, bring your favorite genetics related lessons and bring a friend! Limited to 25 participants.
